Can I change the radio tuning characteristics on a EU unit?

I just installed a European RNS unit in my car. Is there a way I can change the FM tuning characteristics to work more like an American unit (i.e., the EU unit tunes in .1 incriments, not only odd numbers; 100.2 isn't possible here)? Thanks in advance for the help.
