I've recently undergone the misfortune of trying to purchase a aircon control for a B6 A4 from a guy called [email protected]...

beware.... no response for weeks, then I advise I will post negative details of him on the forum, abuse from him then he says that he will look for my order (I paid the money via paypal).

Anyway, no response at all. I contact paypal and they advise me that my complaint has been resolved and I am in the right, but no they can't refund my money.

Just to let you know how much of a mug I was, it cost me 210 pounds sterling.

typical of PayPal... been there done that...

if a CC is linked to your PayPal account, contact your CC company ASAP and contest the charge. tell them PayPal has acknowledged you're right but doesn't want to refund your money... with any luck the CC company will reverse the charges... that's what i did and got my money back...
