I was wandering around the forums when I came across some photos of someones BT telephone. On the RNS-E screen they had different icons for their contacts home, mobile and email.

How do I get this functionality? Is it specific to the mobile phone you have because I have all of my contacts separated very neat & organized.

yes it seems to be phone specific i had a sony and had my contacts under differant parts for the same contact i.e. home, mobile, email, etc this was shown on the RNSE screen as differant icons but when i changed my phone to a nokia 6280 with my contacts stored in the same way it only showed all of them as a sim icon the same when i had a V3 razr it seems sony is the best for phone book sync

Some phones have 100% compatibility with Audi Bluetooth.
One of those phones is Nokia 8800.

it will show separate icons for work / home / etc.

Most of th efull compatible phones is only 99.9% compatible. Even that phonebook is transfered, some of those extra features never are.

One of the other features is also ring tone transfer.
RNS-E is using your custom ringtone from your mobile instead of default Audi Bluetooth ring / chime tone
