Bluetooth radio not working and causing battery to drain

I had to go out of town and when I came back 3 days later the battery was dead. Any idea of how I can fix this?

Also, before I did the factory reset, I tried to see if the radio would turn off automatically like it normally does even if you leave it on, but the screen stayed on.
