Bluetooth radio not working and causing battery to drain

Hello,
I have a 2009 audi tts I purchased about 7 months ago. Just recently I started having an issue with the Bluetooth radio. The buttons along the sides of the radio stopped working, but the touchscreen was still functioning. The only way of turning the radio off I could find was the power button on the side of the radio but it wasn't working. I tried doing a factory reset to the radio which seemed to have turned it off (it doesnt make any noise and the screen is off). When I came back to drive the car the next day it started fine, and the radio seemed to still be off (no noise and screen was off), but none of the exterior buttons were still working on the radio. I had to go out of town and when I came back 3 days later the battery was dead. Any idea of how I can fix this?
Thanks
Bryce

Also, before I did the factory reset, I tried to see if the radio would turn off automatically like it normally does even if you leave it on, but the screen stayed on.
Thanks
