At the top of the screen when you're looking at this website you'll see a red & grey shape with the word "Album" next to it. Click on that and follow the links to either create a personal album for yourself or choose the appropriate existing album, and then upload your images to that album.

Then you can follow the instructions from AudiA4B6US to link from your post to your images in the album.

when i try this it keeps saying "file is too large or corrupted"

That's because there is a size limit on the files you can upload - I can't remember what it is but the limit is shown on the upload page.

What you need to do is change the jpeg compression ratio until the file is under that limit (use something like Paint Shop Pro - that's what I use).
