anyone updated the lastest US DVD to work in a EU unit?

i'm asking knowing full well it's unlikely someone has since most have probably updated their EU unit with the NA software...

i'm still holding off upgrading to the NA SW b/c of the disclaimer and the Nav off once the car is turned-off...

so i'm just wondering...
