I've got 2 adapters now, from 2 different suppliers (no names in a public forum), and neither are enough to do the job (install an RNS-E in a 2004 B6 A4 with Symphony 2 and Bose).
I took care to tell both suppliers the full information, but neither is complete so I've still got some work to do.
For example:
1 connected all 4 speakers up - the RNS-E only has 2 built-in amps for the front speakers, and with Bose you don't need any speaker connections to the RNS-E :x
Neither has connected the 4 line-outs that the Bose amp uses :x
1 didn't provide any antenna adapters :x
It's no wonder we're all having problems fitting the RNS-E - the suppliers aren't making it any easier for us
It's not as though the information isn't in the public domain - for less than €30 you can get the full wiring diagrams for RNS-E and all the "normal" Audi stereos from https:\\erwin.audi.com :?
