AIR SUSPENSION DRIVING ME MAD

I bought my very 1st Audi a couple weeks ago a 2009 Audi A8. While my mechanical attitude is extremely high by experience with Audi's is. Next to nothing. Adaptive air ride not functioning anymore the lift and dynamic options are greyed out and when I select the comfort or automatic setting nothing happens. compressor is not running unless I jump or wire power to it. The 10 amp fuse on the passenger side Fuse panel is good. What else could be wrong someone? Please help me. !!!!!!!
