Does anyone know if they (pre-wired for satelliete radio) Audi A4 B7 comes with everything ready to install the module? In other words, do I need any special brackets, screws, cables, etc?

I'm very sure you car is prewired for Satellite radio. Take a look behind the interior trim in the left rear of your trunk. There should be some wiring for XM/Sirius there.
