We just picked up a new 2020 Q3 and we consider putting aftermarket wheels with summer/winter tires for seasonal change. How do I go about getting a set of compatible tpms sensor and pairing them with the new q3?

I got a new 2020 Q3 too. Audi dealership told me it uses indirect TPMS system that doesn't require TPMS sensor inside the wheel. I got winter tires for it and have it mounted on new wheels. I am going to mount it to the car myself. If you are not comfortable with that, then have the tire store mount them for you. Costco tire tech doesn't know about the indirect TPMS and refused to mount them on the car. So don't waste your time there.
