Please forgive me if this is re-post of a question. I searched and couldn't find an answer. I checked both Ross Tech's and Open OBD's web sites and I couldn't find the codes.

I have a 2007 S4 (B7) with Bi Xenon (8EH) head lights. I would like to have the Daytime Running Lights stay on when the main head lights turned on. Also, I would like the fog lights to stay on when I have the bright lights on.

Are there VAG codes available for this?

I have a 2006 RS4 with Bi-Xenon headlights - AFAIK there is no code to leave the DRLs on when you turn on the headlights.

In the UK, I don't know if it's the same in the US, driving with front (or rear) fog lights on when visibility is good (greater than 100 yards) is illegal.

a Bit longer than 5 minute Fogs w JUST Parking/City Lights

For a Bi-Xenon B7, DRL's (21W inner bulb) will go out when Bi-Xenons are turned on however the small 5W city light will turn on in it's place. For fogs to stay on when the brights are on, you'll need the modification from the link above. Done that on my B7 and it works fine.
