2006 audi navi question

is there any info i can find out how to activate my navi to play dvd-movies?

The Navigation Plus RNS-E can play DVD movies only through external players. the internal DVD drive doesn't support movie DVDs.

what type of external player would you recommend? and how much do they usually cost? thx
