I am semi new to this forum, first post i believe.
I have searched the forum articles to no end.
My questions are
1. What can be updated on the system the mmi unit and the nav dvd?

2. What is the current versions on the mmi for the 04 A8L, currently i have.
SW: D3-HU- 6346 01.5.0 0316
HW: D3-HU 6343D2.0
PC SW: 02332AUFC78K0F46N
FC HW: 1.0

3. How difficult is it to add bluetooth capibilities, what is needed? Just the module and wiring harness?

For long time MMI was left on the side but I see more and more options coming. They are 3rd party solutions of course.

I should have AUdio and video modules for MMI soon.

The only firmware and map updates are available via AOA only.

A8 upgrades

I have factory Bluetooth kits in stock, and SDS modules for A8. PM me if interested. Also have factory TV tuners on the way, with full factory diversity antenna system and I'm able to unlock Video in motion on your A8.
