034 badge on A4

Well, the badge itself is definitely a modification, so you know you need to take everything else that dealer says with a grain of salt. I'd never heard of 034 before, but surely it must relate to 034Motorsport - Performance Parts & Tuning for Audi & Volkswagen. You'll have to decide for yourself whether the badge was the former owner's only purchase, with only aspirations of other mods in the future, or whether they did actually spend more $$ on stuff and install it. There are plenty of folks who want their car to brag about stuff it doesn't actually have (e.g. fake BMW "M3"s) but then there also are folks like me, who REMOVED the "DOHC VTEC" badge from my '97 Integra GS-R.

Thanks. I did see the 034 modification stuff searching online and thought that's what it probably was.
